Provider Contracts

We negotiate and draft a wide array of service agreements on behalf of physicians, hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, staffing companies, and other health care professionals, such as physician assistants, nurse practitioners and optometrists. We have also drafted numerous collaborative practice agreements between physicians and nurse practitioners. We structure such relationships to meet the business needs of the parties most effectively, while minimizing exposure to liability pursuant to the federal and state anti-kickback laws and physician self-referral laws. For tax-exempt entities, we assist in developing documentation to demonstrate the community benefits resulting from the applicable transaction and suggest other strategies to preserve tax-exempt status.
