Understanding the increased emphasis in the health care industry on corporate responsibility, we have worked with our clients to advise their governing bodies concerning their fiduciary responsibilities and oversight obligations. We have developed programs to educate our clients’ Boards regarding their obligations in the post-Enron environment.
