Gary Newell, a partner in the Firm's Utilities Practice Group, was quoted in the June 20, 2007, issue of the Baltimore Sun. In an article entitled "PJM Electric Grid's Watchdog Muzzled," Gary commented on a dispute between PJM Interconnection, a regional transmission organization that coordinates the movement of wholesale electricity in 14 states, and its internal unit responsible for monitoring the wholesale electricity markets for competitive problems.
