Attorneys in the Postal practice group represent magazine publishers and clients interested in postal rates and regulations, and in legislation affecting the publishing industry. This representation includes:

• Participating in rate and classification cases before the Postal Rate Commission
• Assisting mailers with postal regulations and in administrative proceedings before the United States Postal Service
• Representing publishing industry clients by serving on joint Postal Service/industry committees and task forces, and providing legislative counseling
• Working closely with the Firm’s government contracts attorneys to assist clients that contract (or would like to contract) with the Postal Service
