Intellectual property, an increasingly important area for media companies, is not a side specialty for our group; it is part of our core competency.

We have prosecuted and defended copyright and trademark infringement claims for media companies and have introduced media clients to anti-cybersquatting remedies (both before and after passage of the 1999 Anti-Cybersquatting Act) and Digital Millenium Copyright Act issues.

We also advise on preventative and protective measures that can be taken to minimize risks of intellectual property infringement by, or against, the client.
