International Finance

The Maritime group works with all major flags of convenience handling maritime finance, vessel registration and mortgage recordation, as well as counseling clients on safety, environmental and operational issues. We advise our clients on compliance with international maritime conventions, such as the International Safety Management Code (ISM), Safety of Life at Sea Convention (SOLAS) and International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS). We assist our clients in dealing with the increasing level of security applicable to ocean transportation.
