Government Investigations

We are regularly involved in counseling clients on responding to government subpoenas and other types of government investigations. Our attorneys have actively participated in internal investigations and audits initiated by clients to determine compliance with applicable laws and exposure for potential false claims act violations. Together with the firm’s litigators who specialize in corporate compliance, investigation and defense, our attorneys have been extensively involved in negotiating favorable settlements with the government concerning alleged violations of the False Claims Act, including negotiating and drafting corporate integrity agreements.
