Student Lending

For several decades, we have actively representated student lending operations of government-sponsored financial institutions, including the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority. These legal services have included representation in raising funds through bond issues or commercial borrowings. The work has also included preparing the lending documentation with students and intermediary institutions, such as banks and educational institutions.
