Pension Funds

We represent two large public pension funds in their financial transactions and investments, and have done so for many years. Our work for them involves complex and varied matters in numerous investment fields, including venture capital and real estate, in addition to more traditional equity, bond and other investments. We further provide a broad range of legal services and planning for private pension funds. Our Firm recently represented a state employees' retirement plan in negotiating $2.6 billion in private equity investments.
