transactions. Our attorneys routinely represent lending institutions and borrowers
in a wide variety of financings for developments nationwide. Our clients include
commercial banks, investment banking houses, savings and loans and non-bank
lenders in connection with traditional mortgage loans, construction loans (including
syndicated loans) and conduit lending programs.
Loan transactions routinely involve public economic incentives,
such as tax increment financing, transportation development districts, tax credits
and property tax abatement. Such transactions may also include national tenants,
mixed-use developments, tri-party agreements, mezzanine financing and other
alternative financing structures.
