We are a leader in maritime finance. We structure, negotiate
and document transactions involving oceangoing vessels, towboats, barges, fishing
vessels, drilling rigs, gaming and other vessels. Our experience includes mortgages,
charters and agreements for the shipping of oil, coal, grain and other commodities.
