Thompson Coburn LLP (Thompson Coburn) has skillfully met the challenge of
handling hundreds of product liability lawsuits for manufacturing client Federal Signal.
Although accustomed to working in an oversight capacity with local counsel, the Firm
easily adapted to working in a partnership arrangement with two other firms.
Thompson Coburn divided responsibilities with its partner firms,
focusing entirely on the goal of providing exceptional, effective representation to
this valued client. Recognizing the need for fast, effective communication, Thompson
Coburn's Information Technology staff designed a specialized computer system linking
the Firm, its partner firms and the Chicago-based client. Convenient, efficient and
secure, the customized system was extremely reliable, thanks in large part to the
Firm's investment in a dedicated, off-site server. And to prepare for possibility
of additional litigation in multiple jurisdictions, the system was designed to be
used nationally at a moment's notice. |
