Thompson Coburn LLP serves as one of four primary outside counsel to DCSNA in the United States for wholesale financing insolvency and business litigation matters (DCSNA is the captive North American financial services operative for DaimlerChrysler AG). The Firm has primary responsibility for matters arising in an eight-state geographical area in the middle western United States. These matters typically center on litigation issues involving bankruptcy, insolvency, financial restructuring and creditors' rights litigation, as well as collection, security interest enforcement and lender liability that have been handled for DCSNA by Thompson Coburn.
