Labor and Employment

Employment Counseling. We work with union and non-union employers in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retailing, healthcare, banking, software and multimedia development, systems integration, and consulting. Our services include preventive counseling, preparing agreements, manuals, policies, forms and releases, management training, and prosecuting and defending employment-related litigation.
